Professor Richard Susskind is Special Envoy for Justice and AI to the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth and is President of the Society for Computers and Law. For 25 years, from 1998 to 2023, he was Technology Adviser to the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales. In 2024, Richard was appointed Special Envoy for Justice and AI to the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth.
