Nicole serves as Senior Vice President at UnitedLex, overseeing global eDiscovery Operations, including Client Services, Document Review, Data Operations, Litigation Consulting, and Forensic Services. She brings more than 20 years of experience supporting Fortune 500 and Am Law 200 clients across all aspects of ediscovery engagements.
She has led the development of global support models, driven organizational restructuring initiatives, and championed mentorship programs to strengthen internal talent development and leadership succession.
Earlier in her career, Nicole worked in Am Law 100 firms before transitioning to roles at Xerox Litigation Services and its successor company, where she managed key client relationships, supported international office launches, and contributed to global support and business development initiatives.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in New York.
