In 2024 alone, 293 tech companies have laid off 84,060 workers.* And, with the FTC’s recent banning of noncompete clauses – which cover 1 in 5 employees in the US – the numbers will likely increase.
When employees leave, what IP and confidential information are they taking with them—and how can you assess risk and exposure?
Proactive internal investigations can help you confirm or deny suspicions that departing employees might be destroying, exfiltrating, or transferring proprietary information prior to departing the company.
Register now to join our webinar program, Employee Departures: Digital Forensics, Noncompete Bans, & IP Protection, where expert practitioners in digital forensics techniques discuss how to prevent, track and expose possible infractions and bad actors. The discussion will include:

Analysis of the recent FTC ruling banning noncompete clauses and the/its impact on IP protections
