Aaron Crews, UnitedLex Chief Product and Innovation Officer, will be moderating a breakout session on October 18 at 11:00 a.m-12:00 p.m. titled, Professional Responsibility & AI. Aaron will be joined by a panel of eDiscovery and legal operations experts as they discuss the legal and ethical requirements governing the use of AI in litigation, such as FRCP 11(b) and 26(g); ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct 2.1, 1.1, 1.6(a) and (c), and 3.3; and other sources of legal and ethical guidance, such as court standing orders and industry standards.
