Gaurav is a seasoned executive with over 3 decades of experience in managing & leading global operations, building and scaling businesses in the BPO, KPO, and Global Capability Center (GCC) space, and driving large-scale business transformations across the services industry. He brings a strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and deliver sustainable results.
Gaurav has deep expertise in the Intellectual Property (IP) industry, having spent over 14 years at CPA Global and Clarivate. In his most recent role at Clarivate, he led global operations governance, quality, and analytics for the IP business—spanning patents, trademarks, IP litigation (DartsIP), and domains (MarkMonitor). He was also the site leader for the Noida facility which ramped up to 1600 team members with an oversight on the Mumbai facility. In his most recent years, he has played an advisory role with a US based startup focused on building an AI-based IP search & analytics platform.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav held managerial & leadership roles in GE Capital, Dell International, Aviva Insurance, and ITC, managing large and complex operations teams across functions and geographies.
He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
