As Chief Operating Officer, John leads all efforts to optimize the core operational functions of UnitedLex, driving efficiency throughout the company at all levels to exceed client service and delivery expectations.
Leveraging a wealth of experience in legal and financial solutions, John is responsible for the company’s operational infrastructure as it continues to lead the market in technology enabled service delivery.
Prior to UnitedLex, John held various executive roles at Oliver Technology Corporation, Breakwater Solutions, and DiscoverReady. Before joining the vendor side, John was Senior Vice President at Bank of America for more than 10 years where his global responsibilities included e-Discovery operations, cyber forensics, information security incident management, and access and identity management operations.
John earned a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
