UnitedLex is proud to announce that Katherine Li, UnitedLex VP of Analytics & AI, and Monique Jiggetts, UnitedLex Director of Document Review, have been honored with two Relativity Innovation Awards. Katherine Li is the winner of the Best Innovator: Stellar Woman and Monique Jiggetts is the winner of Best Innovator: Inclusion.
The awards were announced during the Innovation Awards Ceremonies on Thursday, October 1st during RelFest Chicago 2026.
Earlier in the week, Katherine joined the panel Transformative Leadership: Lessons from Women Who Lead, where she shared her journey of becoming VP of AI & Analytics. She highlighted how she has embraced her curiosity and an insatiable appetite for learning. Her advice to those building their careers who feel like they don’t have all the answers, “Do not wait until you are ready: you may never be.”

Thank you to all the partners, clients, and friends who voted for Katherine and Monique to receive these awards. Li’s recognition highlights her work building and mentoring a team of AI and analytics specialists who help clients modernize their approach to litigation and investigations. Jiggett’s recognition highlights her leadership approach with document review teams over the past decade — an approach built on clarity, mental health awareness, and treating every reviewer as a whole person.
These award recognitions come in the week where it was announced that Repario acquired UntiedLex. The newly combined company is built to support the mission of excellence in client delivery and innovation. As AI expands what is possible in legal and business, client expectations and needs are evolving. The combined entity blends two teams with exceptional agility and stability to offer a more integrated, full legal services partner that is stronger at the core and broader across the enterprise.
