Under his leadership, teams of experts engineer and implement bespoke solutions to complex business workflows for managing legal spend, guiding outside counsel management, streamlining and supporting contract delivery, and transforming data into actionable intelligence.
As an experienced corporate lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in the legal industry, David is uniquely equipped to build scalable, data-driven legal frameworks that meet actual business needs. He brings a rare operator’s perspective, drawing on his tenure as a corporate counsel for GE, where he built and operated the very capabilities that he now helps clients scale.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concord University in History and Political Science and a J.D. from Duquesne University.
