This annual award recognizes people who are transforming legal service delivery through innovation, vision, and leadership.

“Savitha perfectly embodies one of UnitedLex’s core values: ‘Be bold and challenge the status quo,’” says UnitedLex CEO Renee Meisel. “She believes in ‘walking the walk’ when rolling out new products and offerings, and she always works to ensure that her team is the first client of processes and technologies so everything is properly vetted and client-ready.”

Masson is being recognized because she has spent her career finding better ways to do things. She has often been a trailblazer, and her willingness to be in situations that aren’t comfortable has helped spur her curiosity, fearlessness, and willingness to try new things. In her current role, she leads UnitedLex’s global team of marketing and solutions & sales enablement professionals, who support sales and work directly with clients to design unique solutions that manage the business and technical demands of a modern legal department or practice.
