Timothy “TJ” Gill is the Chief Revenue Officer at UnitedLex, where he leads the Litigation and Investigations teams. As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Gill brings a wealth of expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that have led to revenue growth and expansion both in and outside of the legal space.
With over 22 years of experience in legal tech, Mr. Gill is a recognized industry leader with a proven track record of successful sales leadership at OpenText, where he served as Vice President of North American Sales for the last four years. Prior to that, TJ held leadership roles at Catalyst Repository Systems for 14 years.
Mr. Gill was one of the founders of RealLegal.com, creator of the first encrypted, digitally signed and electronically secure deposition transcript software for deposition reporting firm and law firms. Prior to RealLegal, Mr. Gill was an account executive at Odyssey Development, which introduced one of the first PC based scanning, OCR and full text search products for eDiscovery back in 1995.
TJ earned his BS in Management from the University of Scranton. When he’s not working, TJ enjoys spending time with wife and three children, and pursuing his passion for outdoor sports such as skiing, mountain biking, and kiteboarding.
