As Executive Vice President, Corporate & Commercial Services, Amy oversees the growth and refinement of the strategic direction for CCS including evolving the product roadmap and initiating new go-to-market strategies.
Leveraging an extensive skillset across the legal services spectrum, Amy guides team members in implementing AI and service delivery innovation to delivering cohesive data-first solutions to the market.
She is a seasoned legal services executive with experience across all commercial areas and has held numerous leadership roles including Chief Experience Officer at Consillio and President of Cimplifi. Prior to joining UnitedLex, Amy served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Oliver Technology Corporation, overseeing customer success programs, technical support, and leading sales and marketing efforts. She also spent several years at DiscoveryReady where she led client success and marketing functions for its eDiscovery and Contract Analytics & Lifecycle Management practices.
Amy earned a B.A. and J.D. with honors from The University of Texas (Go Longhorns!). She began her career as a litigation attorney representing brokerage firms at Jenkens & Gilchrist before assuming the role of Vice President and Counsel for Merrill Lynch’s brokerage business.
