As Chief People Officer, Pamela is responsible for the strategic vision of UnitedLex’s people and culture. She brings over 15 years of leadership experience in global high-growth startups, mid-market, and large enterprise companies, including ParcelShield, Breakwater Solutions, WP Engine, IBM, and StoredIQ.
Pamela is a strong operational and servant leader who enjoys building high performing teams and acting as a steward of company values. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives with her husband and daughter on their organic farm in central Texas.
Pamela is a passionate learner and foodie. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, adventures on their farm, traveling, outdoor activities, and music.
