Jon Stelzner has over 20 years of experience delivering Legal Process Outsourcing across various legal services industries. He has held executive roles at multiple vendors, blending technology, innovation, and process optimization to deliver high-quality, low-cost, solutions to law firms and corporate clients. Prior to joining UnitedLex, Jon was the COO at Oliver Technologies, which provided technology- enabled services to major financial institutions in the debt recovery space.
Jon served as the VP of Global Managed Review at DiscoveryReady where he built an industry leading client delivery services organization known for delivery of high-quality and efficient results. He then served as the SVP of Business Intelligence and Reporting at Consilio, where he was responsible for
managing Consilio’s internal Corporate Systems teams, and both internal and client- facing reporting functions.
Jon has the unique experience of having overseen enterprise scale client delivery, as well as having led global development teams. Understanding the intersection of delivery, process, and technology allows Jon to create opportunities to blend technology development with service delivery to create efficient workflows. He utilizes metrics and reporting to drive the optimization of delivery and provide the highest value for UnitedLex customers.
Jon attended Brooklyn Law School and is a barred attorney in New York State. He lives
in New York City and is an avid Mets fan.
