Gary Quinn leads the global accounting, tax, and treasury functions at UnitedLex. He brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles in global business transformations and value creation, capital markets and debt transactions, due-diligence and transaction-related services, financial planning and analysis, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, global treasury, policy, and internal control.
Before joining UnitedLex, Gary was the global treasurer and chief accounting officer for one of the world’s largest loss adjusting and claims management firms. Previously, Gary was a vice president in the turnaround and restructuring services group at Alix Partners, a global firm of senior business and consulting professionals that specializes in improving corporate financial and operational performance, as well as executing corporate turnarounds. Earlier in his career, he worked in myriad finance and accounting management roles for both a private equity owned international manufacturer of automotive, transportation, and technology products, as well as a publicly traded Fortune 250 global manufacturer of glass and specialty materials. Gary began his career with Ernst & Young and is a certified public accountant.
Gary earned his BS from Wilkes University.
