UnitedLex To Establish Global Contracts Service Center for Bristol-Myers Squibb

Overland Park, KS (August 4, 2010) – UnitedLex, a global leader in technology powered legal and business solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, to develop and manage a Service Center for the Bristol-Myers Squibb Law Department’s Contracts Center of Excellence.

The UnitedLex Service Center will provide legal support services to Bristol-Myers Squibb contract professionals on a world-wide basis, supporting eight different languages. The legal support services include management of a contract lifecycle solution and assisting Bristol-Myers Squibb contract professionals through all phases of the contract management process.
